How long are the sessions? Life + Relationship Doula Services generally last 60 minutes once established. The intake session (first session) involves the completion of the Sensory Profile Questionnaire and is a 90 minute session.

What can I expect in my first session? Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. A health review is scheduled during that time, where general updates to your health and current issues are recorded and discussed. The next 75 minutes are geared to completing the Sensory Profile Questionnaire.
What is the cancellation policy? We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
Are telethealth sessions available? Yes, a HIPPA compliant platform via Zoom is used. Now known as a Zoula session. Doula + Zoom = Zoula
