With over 30 years of experience in Occupational Therapy and  Somatix, I have developed a unique approach to helping each person live their best life.

Through continual research into evidence-based practices, I strive to help each person reach their highest level of balance in every session.  

I offer various complementary services utilizing  sound + stone + light treatment approaches.  Appointments include a one-on-one somatosensory experience.  I often incorporate Red Light Therapy and Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) using Himalayan sound bowls and curated music through professional headphones to produce brain wave entrainment.  Healthy Wave mat sessions (red light, PEMF, and far infrared) are also available. 

I hold affiliate status with the following companies:  Healthy Wavemat, Flexbeam, Bestqool, and Scientific Sounds. Fringe, and Soundtopia.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, graduating with Great Distinction and certifications in Therapeutic Massage,  Deep Tissue Integration, Jin Shin Do,  and Food as Medicine approach to diet, to name a few.  Being licensed as an Occupational Therapist in California, Oregon, and Hawaii allows flexibility in providing services to a variety of clientele.  As a trauma-informed private practice, we meet you where you are and listen as you speak in safety. 

  Studies through G.I .Gurdjieff and Sufism have allowed my inner world to continue to be an inspiration for self-discovery.
