Health Patterns, LLC and its sister, Sound and Stone are companies that serve to align body, mind, and spirit through the use of massage, sound healing, and crystal applications. Sensory Profile consultation has been a recent addition to our menu of services.
Janice Thurston ( Lisette)
With over 30 years of experience in Occupational Therapy and Therapeutic Bodywork, I have developed a unique approach to seeing each person living their best life.
With continual research into evidence-based practices, I strive for each session to move each person to their highest level of balance.
I offer various therapeutic services utilizing sound healing, crystal healing, and therapeutic massage. Sessions may include one-on-one somatosensory sessions, group sensoriums based on sound healing principles, sacred ceremony participation, and guided meditations. My areas of expertise include stress management via sound and stone medicine and therapeutic bodywork. I include Biosonic tuning forks and offer a Healthy Wave mat (red light, PEMF, near-infrared) experience.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and certifications in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Integration, Jin Shin Do, and Food as Medicine approach to diet, to name a few.
Working with the neurodiverse population in schools has been a favorite occupation in a service-based life.
